Whether you already own land or need help finding the perfect spot in Central Texas, our team conducts a thorough site analysis. We evaluate topography, soil conditions, tree preservation, and utility access to ensure your lot is perfectly suited for your home’s design, maximizing views and natural features.

Custom Design & Budgeting
This is where your vision takes shape. You’ll collaborate directly with our in-house builder team in design sessions to draft floor plans and 3D models. We refine the design in real-time while providing transparent budget updates, ensuring the plan and your financial goals remain perfectly aligned.

Selections & Contract
After finalizing the design, you’ll collaborate with your own or a referred interior designer to choose finishes and materials that reflect your style. Your selections—from flooring to smart-home features—are recorded in a secure portal for clarity. Once completed, we sign a fixed-price construction agreement to ensure transparency and protect you from market changes.

Pre-Construction & Permitting
With the design and contract finalized, our team handles all the behind-the-scenes logistics. We manage the entire permitting process with local municipalities, secure any necessary HOA approvals, and prepare the site for construction. You’ll receive updates through our online portal and attend a final site walk-through before we break ground.

Construction & Milestone Reviews
As your home comes to life, we invite you to be a part of the process through scheduled on-site milestone reviews. You will walk the site with us at key stages, including foundation, framing, mechanical systems, and drywall. This ensures quality craftsmanship at every step and keeps you connected and informed throughout the build.

Final Orientation & Move-In
Before we hand over the keys, we conduct a meticulous quality assurance inspection. You will then join us for a comprehensive New Home Orientation, where we walk you through every feature of your home, from operating the smart systems to understanding the appliance functions. After a final professional cleaning, you receive the keys to your beautifully completed custom home.
